Senior Business Analyst – Risk & Regulatory Projects (12-Month Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Leadership: Lead and engage stakeholders, ensuring alignment on requirements and expectations across diverse teams.
• Advanced Analysis & Process Improvement: Map complex processes, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements to drive business transformation.
• Documentation & Governance: Oversee documentation efforts, ensuring traceability to regulatory requirements and business objectives.
• Regulatory & Compliance Expertise: Lead policy gap analysis and ensure compliance across the business.

You’ll report directly to a hands-on, supportive Portfolio Delivery Manager who fosters collaboration and growth. As part of a global business with a close-knit culture, you’ll be fully integrated into the team, working seamlessly alongside full-time employees.
  
What We’re Looking For:

• Proven expertise in regulatory, compliance, or risk management projects working in Financial Services (Preferably General Insurance).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in regulatory frameworks, process optimization, and digital technology.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strategic, solutions-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.

This role is based in Sydney CBD, offering a hybrid work environment with three days in the office and two days working from home.
